The Hospitality Training Network (HTN), in partnership with Sydney TAFE, is pleased to be providing The Aspire program for people seeking to enter into an apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery or Butchery.
This program is fully subsidised by the NSW Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development.
In a nutshell, it is 4 weeks of intensive hands on experience where candidates will complete the first 6 units of competency from the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery as well as work experience with some of our top hosts. They will also have the chance to take on a full-time apprenticeship from the Aspire course after the 4 week period.
