Meet HTN Apprentice Kobe Martin-Henry, 2nd-year apprentice hosted by Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Eddie Isaac, Kobe has forged ahead in his apprenticeship and is doing workplace training. Currently studying the unit Prepare Vegetable, Fruit, Egg and Farinaceous Dishes, Kobe made a vegetable stock and from that, presented a Pumpkin Soup and a Mushroom Risotto
