HTN Apprentice of the month - Ben von Stebut
Ben von Stebut is a 2nd-year apprentice, hosted by Ormeggio at The Spit.
A finalist in Fonterra's 2017 Proud to be a Chef, Ben is the lead chef on Larder section and has recently started in the pastry section with Samantha Wright who was also an HTN Apprentice before finishing her Apprenticeship.
Head Chef Victor Moya speaks highly of Ben's attitude, work ethic and skill set, and is impressed by what Ben brings to the team.
