HTN apprentice of the month - Ryka Oh
Ryka Oh is a 1st-year HTN apprentice, hosted by Jamie's Italian, Canberra. Ryka has really taken to life in the kitchen and has mastered every section he has worked on.
Currently, Ryka is doing the busiest section in the restaurant, pasta, and was plating a special he developed, Pipi's, baby Roma Tomatoes and house made Spaghetti, when HTN Employment Coordinator, James Fairbank arrived to visit him.
He is also 'calling the pass' which controls the pace of the entire kitchen, an amazing accomplishment for someone with less than 12 months in the industry.
