Interested in becoming a baker or pastry chef? Launch your career in baking - come along to this information session to find out more about a TAFE SA Bakery course and discuss your training options directly with the lecturer.

Certificate II in Food Processing (FDF20111) is a great introduction to baking, covering basic problem solving and production skills. It includes large scale production of cakes, pastry, bread and biscuits in commercial retail baking environments.
