QTIC Young Professionals - nominations closing 6 November

Are you a young professional in the tourism and hospitality industry or know someone who is? Expressions of interest are now open to participate in one of the most exclusive mentoring programs available in Queensland.

The QTIC Young Professionals Mentoring Program allows a competitive edge for employees in the industry who are 35 years or younger to gain professional development, knowledge and skills through the sharing of information and experience matched with a senior industry professional.

2017 Program

QTIC’s respected program, entering its 6th successful year, invites tourism industry employees under 35 years of age to nominate for the 2017 QTIC Young Professionals Mentoring Program.

The program offers exceptional professional development and allows participants to gain knowledge and skills through the sharing of information and experience with a senior industry professional.

Running from February to July, up to 15 young professionals will be offered the opportunity to participate in the 2017 Program. Scheduled monthly meetings between mentors and mentees are structured to include relevant and individually tailored discussion topics and tasks.

Previous mentees have praised the program for its effectiveness in developing their career direction and progression, guidance and insight into their industry and personal growth.
