The Hospitality Training Network (HTN), in partnership with Sydney TAFE, is pleased to be providing The Aspire program for people seeking to enter into an apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery or Butchery.

Four Australian chefs cook for the Gelinaz!

Ben Shewry from Attica, Dan Hunter from Brae, Paul Carmichael from Momofuku Seiobo and Jock Zonfrillo from Orana will be participating in The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle - a worldwide restaurant "shuffle" for one night only on 10 November 2016. Details on which international chef they have swapped kitchens with will be revealed on the night.
