On the 7th of December, HTN
is launching a one week program that gives passionate people a taste for the kitchen!
Over the week participants will work their way through 5 Commercial Cookery units:
- Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
- Use Food Preparation Equipment
- Prepare Simple Dishes
- Participate in Safe Work Practices
- Work Effectively with Others
