Ben Shewry from Attica, Dan Hunter from Brae, Paul Carmichael from Momofuku Seiobo and Jock Zonfrillo from Orana will be participating in The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle - a worldwide restaurant "shuffle" for one night only on 10 November 2016.
Details on which international chef they have swapped kitchens with will be revealed on the night.
