Antionette Arena was a HTN Apprentice who has finished her Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and is now further developing her skills in Retail Baking.
Previously, Antionette was hosted at Pier One Hotel. She is now working at Nicks Seafood Bar and Grill and has been there for the past 18 months and still going strong!
Antionette is looking at completing her Retail Baking course by the end of the year!
