Meet Ben Willis. Ben is the owner and operator of Aubergine Restaurant and Temporada in the nations capital - Canberra. After travelling and perfecting his craft overseas for the best part of a decade, Ben returned back to Canberra in 2008, firmly making his mark on the ACT dining scene. Over the years Ben, his team and his restaurants have received countless awards and accolades.
Ben was recently announced as the 2016 ACT Lifetime Achiever at the 2016 ACT Savour Australia HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence. Congratulations on all your achievements Ben!
