When and where?

The conference will be held at the Hordern Pavilion at Moore Park in Sydney. This venue is located only ten minutes from the city centre with easy access and parking. As a bonus it runs right next to the Foodservice Australia trade exhibition, which mens you can visit the show between sessions.
