Chef’s Table 2017 showcased the best of club cuisine with 27 teams competing in a two-day MasterChef style cook-off.
The competition will take place within the well-equipped kitchens of the hosting college with up to fifteen (15) apprentices competing in each kitchen.
Tara Mulligan is HTN's apprentice of the month and is currently working at Twin Creeks Country Club
