The Apprentice - nurturing food excellence

Open to the public


The Apprentice is a licensed training restaurant that promotes and nurtures food service excellence and is open to the public for lunch and dinner on weekdays, during term time.

TAFE NSW's reputation for outstanding hospitality training is built on a tradition of more than 80 years. Their award-winning restaurant and hospitality training courses have produced some of Australia's leading chefs.

Guest chefs and special events are hosted throughout the year to challenge our students and deliver a unique dining experience for the general public.
